- Rules/laws are made by lawmakers who have agendas.
- We live our lives with no idea these rules/laws were put in place, much less how to interpret them.
- Quite often we figure out by chance when we break a rule/law.
- We attempt to interpret the intent of the original lawmakers. The law may be many years old and the lawmakers long gone.
- We hire attorneys, who take their best guess at how the rule/law is to be applied or if it has been violated.
- When attorneys defend, circumstances are tailored or fabricated to fit the law as best as possible. This system is inherently untruthful.
- Some rules/laws may not be constitutional or enforceable, if brought before a court. The court expounds upon the rule/law (by the determination of each case) without knowing what the true intent of the rule/law from the lawmakers is.
- One court deems guilt while another exonerates the defendant.
The big disconnect in the system is you would have had to know of the rule/law’s existence and how it was going to be applied to ever have a chance to abide by it. This is virtually impossible with the myriad of rules/laws out there. The deck is substantially stacked against the people the rule/law seeks to control.
